Hematoxylin, For Automation, 1000 mL. Hematoxylin, For Automation is ideal for use with autostainers. Optimized for the autostainer Hematoxylin, For Automation produces a crisp blue nuclei. Hematoxylin is a nuclear stain that is used as a counterstain for immunohistochemistry (IHC). Together with eosin, it forms the Hematoxylin and Eosin stain (H&E stain), one of the most commonly used stains in histology. Summary Protocol: Apply Hematoxylin to completely cover specimen and incubate for 2-10 minutes with hematoxylin according to desired intensity.
