For propagation and maintenance of E. Coli. High Salt Formula. Molecular Biology Grade. Dissolve 25 grams in 1 liter distilled water and adjust the pH to 7.2. Heat and frequently agitate to completely dissolve. Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes. Material specially granulated to reduce dust and increase solubility rate.
