The Repligen S04-E750-05-N is a high-efficiency MiniKros Sampler hollow fiber module designed for pilot-scale Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF). Utilizing proprietary modified Polyethersulfone (mPES) membrane technology, this filter offers exceptional flux rates and high product recovery with minimal non-specific binding. With a 750 kDa MWCO and a significant 1600 cm² surface area, it is the industry standard for the concentration and diafiltration of large biopharmaceuticals, including vaccines, viral vectors, and large multi-meric proteins. The 41.5 cm effective length and 0.5 mm fiber ID are engineered to provide optimal shear conditions, ensuring gentle processing of shear-sensitive biological products while maximizing throughput.
