Intact Genomics EHA105 Agrobacterium Competent cells are optimized for the highest transformation efficiencies ideal for applications such as with cDNA or gDNA library construction. The EHA105 strain is useful for transgenic operations of rice, tobacco and other plants. EHA105 contains a rifampicin resistance gene (rif). The “pSoup” helper plasmid is necessary for efficient replication of certain types of plant expression vectors like pGreen, 62SK, and pGs2 series
