Safranin O Stain Kit for Cartilage, 1 kit. Safranin O (0.1%) is commonly used to demonstration Glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) in FFPE cartilage sections. Weigert’s Hematoxylin is provided to stain nuclei and Fast Green FCF for bluish green background staining.
