Bright LED HOT TOP icon lights up when top plate is over 60 degrees C, even when heat control is turned off. A separate temperature sensor provides foolproof power cutoff in catastrophic situations. Temperature range: 5-550 degrees C. Digital LED speed display gives you better control of your stirring process.
