The Sartorius VF20H0 Vivaflow 200 Crossflow Cassette is a reusable laboratory tangential flow filtration (TFF) device designed for the efficient concentration and diafiltration (buffer exchange) of samples ranging from 500 mL to 5 liters. It features a 200 cm² membrane area with a 10 kDa molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) and utilizes a Hydrosart® (HYS) membrane, which is a regenerated cellulose material known for its extremely low protein binding and high chemical compatibility, making it ideal for sensitive biological samples like proteins, peptides, viruses, nanoparticles, and nucleic acids.
