Cresyl Echt Violet (1.0%, Aqueous), 500 mL. Cresyl Vilet Acetat (1.0%, aqueous) is designed for staining Nissil substance in neurons on farmalin fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue. Nissl granules are purple, nuclei of neuroglia and endothelial cells are slighly bluer than Nissl granules. Nissil Substance: Violet Neurolgia Nuclei: Violet to Dark Blue.
