PCR Qualified Water is functionally tested in a PCR reaction. PCR Qualified Water is highly purified water and it is reverse osmosis deionized, diethylpyrocarbonate (DEPC) treated. This product is free of detectable endonucleases, ribonucleases and nicking activity according to the current quality control procedures. Free of detectable contamination of human, mouse and rat DNA.
