PeptiGrowth KGF Alternative Peptide

Description

PeptiGrowth PG-012 is a fully-chemically synthesized peptide with activity equivalent to KGF. This product is composed of a cyclic peptide that has binding affinity for FGFR2b and exhibits agonist activity toward FGFR2b. The ERK phosphorylation and proliferation assay using FGFR2b-overexpressing BaF3 cells (pro-B cell line) demonstrated that the PG-012 exhibits equivalent ERK phosphorylation and proliferation activity to recombinant KGF at lower concentrations.
