Product Diameter: 2.48 in. One-piece foam-backed universal heat induction foil inner seal will adhere to all containers materials (with varying degrees of adhesion.) Recommended for use on plastic jars. Foil Seal Composition: Backing: 0.0105″. Foil: 0.001″. Heat Seal: 0.001″. FDA: 21 CFR 177.1210. Closures with sealing gaskets may be safely used on containers intended for use in producing, manufacturing, packing, processing, preparing, treating, packaging, transporting, or holding food. Selig cannot guarantee the seal integrity of this material when applied to a glass container. We recommend talking with your glass supplier about treatments to improve performance and seal integrity.
