Ammonium Phosphate, Monobasic, Crystalline, HPLC Grade has been used to develop a simple HPLC method for determining N1-alkylnicotinamides, including C1-C5 alkyl derivatives, in urine. Ammonium phosphate monobasic has also been used to develop a HPLC assay coupled with UV detection (254 nm) for the determination of midazolam and two of its hydroxylated metabolites in human plasma.
