Description
The Bio-Chem Valve 130SP2460-6EE is a high-precision, solenoid-operated diaphragm micro-pump designed for the repeatable and discrete dispensing of high-purity or aggressive fluids. It is also optimized for continuous duty with a maximum cycle rate typically around 2 Hz (2 actuations per second). It is rated for up to 20 million actuations. As a positive displacement pump, it requires a complete on-off cycle for each dispense. The internal check valves automatically control the flow direction, preventing backflow up to 5 psi (0.3 bar). The “6EE” suffix in the part number designates a specific configuration of chemically resistant materials with the body material being Polyoxymethylene, the diaphragm material is EDPM, and the check valve material is EDPM.
