The Biotage 103-0020-C is an ISOLUTE® 103 Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) Column containing 200 mg of sorbent within a 6 mL column reservoir. The distinguishing feature of this column is its sorbent: ISOLUTE® 103 is a hydroxylated polystyrene divinylbenzene co-polymer. This polymer-based sorbent is highly versatile due to its high surface area and high compound capacity, capable of retaining compounds by a hydrophobic retention mechanism, even from highly aqueous or semi-aqueous solutions.
