Bovine Calf Serum, US Origin, 50 mL. RMBIO produces high-quality, low hemoglobin, US origin calf serum for use in cell culture media. Bovine calf serum provides the start for successful cell growth at a fraction of the price of Fetal Bovine Serum due to its availability. The calf serum is sterile 0.2 um filtered, 9CFR tested, and is manufactured at RMBIO’s GMP compliant and FDA registered facility. The average endotoxin level is < 2 EU/ml (the specification is ± 10.0 EU/ml) and the average hemoglobin level is < 15 mg/dL (the specification is < 30 mg/dL). Product should be stored at ± -10° C.
