Specificity: Recognizes a cell surface glycoprotein of 80-95kDa (CD44) on lymphocytes, monocytes, and granulocytes (Leukocyte Typing Workshop V). Its epitope is resistant to digestion by trypsin and chymotrypsin. Status: RUO.
