Eberbach’s Benchtop Fixed-Speed Reciprocal Shakers are designed for your lab’s general-purpose shaking needs. If your sample preparations do not require a variable-speed shaker, the two-speed E6010 is the choice for dependability and longevity. This heavy-duty unit operates in a 16.5” x 11” footprint and is powered by a General Electric split-phase motor, which drives the platform through a V-belt system. The E6010’s speed is fixed; it operates at either 180 or 280 osc/minute (±10%), controlled via a three-position switch. A built-in digital countdown timer is available as an option. The E6010 has a fixed horizontal stroke of 1.5” and supports a maximum load capacity of 40 lbs. Numerous accessories—including flask holders, utility box carriers, and tiered platform systems (which double the shaking capacity)—are available separately.

*All machine speeds are dependent on the machine load capacity charts. Machine load capacity charts are general estimations and are dependent on the specific application. Container geometry, fill level, and liquid viscosity can all affect the machine’s load capacity.

Machine load capacity charts show machine operational speeds vs. machine load in weight. The load’s center of gravity also needs to be taken into consideration. Always place containers in such a way as to balance the load in the center of the carrier.
