Cupric Sulfate, Pentahydrate, Crystal, CP, also known as Copper(II) Sulfate, is a chemical compound that exists as a salt or crystal and differs in the degree of hydration. It uses very from use as a herbicide to use as a dye. It is also used in Benedict’s solution, Fehling’s solution and Biuret reagent. CP or Chemically Pure grade products supplied by Spectrum are indicative of a grade suitable for general industrial use.
