Specificity: Desmin, Clone D33 detects cells of normal smooth, skeletal, and cardiac muscles. This antibody reacts with leiomyomas, leiomyosarcoma, rhabdomyomas, rhabdomyosarcoma, and perivascular cells of glomus tumors of the skin. Status: RUO.
