Widely used for mammalian cell culture, Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium (DMEM) is a modification of Minimum Essential Medium (MEM) that contains a higher concentration of amino acids and vitamins, as well as additional supplementary components, such as D-glucose. DME-BBZ-01L-002 contains a high D-glucose concentration of 4500 mg/L, 584 mg/L L-glutamine, 4.0mg/L pyridoxine hydrochloride, and 110 mg/L sodium pyruvate, but no HEPES. The liquid medium should be stored at 2-8°C.
