Drain Tray Only with 90 Degree Elbow, Bill-Board. The Bill-Board set has been designed to simplify and expedite multiple, solid-phase syntheses. Up to 6 reactions can be conducted simultaneously in fritted glass reaction vessels. The Bill-Board equipment keeps the solid-phase reactions organized in a grid (for potential combinatorial reaction sequences). Also, the system simplifies the essential steps of solid-phase synthesis which involve repeated cycles of reactions and washings, followed by a final cleavage, product collection and solvent evaporation. The Bill-Boards can also be used for any procedures that require multiple filtrations (i.e. simultaneous silica gel chromatography). A fritted support is sealed into the vessel. Supplied with 2 caps. CG-1869-10: 6 Place Plate Assemblies: Consist of a polypropylene plate with the O-rings installed to hold the glass vessels firmly in place. Plates have four holes that correspond to the pins in either the drain trays or collection racks. (Please Note: Plates Purchased Separately are NOT Supplied with Reaction Vessels.) CG-1869-12: Drain Trays: Have a machined channel to insure total drainage to a supplied 90 degrees threaded elbow. Trays have four stainless steel pins that correspond to the holes in the top plate assemblies. CG-1869-14: Collection Vial Racks: Have six wells to hold 25 x 52mm collection vials. Racks have four stainless steel pins that correspond to the holes in the top plate assemblies.(Please Note: Racks Purchased Separately are NOT Supplied with Vials.) Replacement Components: CV-2200-2552: Collection Vials: 25 x 52mm with a tooled neck, Glass Only. Supplied in packs of 169 each. CG-4910-15: Caps with Septa: 13-425 Caps with PTFE-Faced Silicone Septa to fit CG-1869-08 glass reaction vessels. Septa are bonded to the caps using our SureLink process. Packaged 100 per package.
