Eberbach can make the E6140.XP units to suit different hazardous location ratings depending on the application.  We have experience with NEC Class 1 Div 1 Group A, B, C & D, Class 2 Div 1 Group E, F, G as well as IEC ATEX ratings (Zone 0, 1 & 2).  We can offer machines (shakers, blenders, and mills) with these ratings in different configurations also, with controls at the machine inside the hazardous rated area or, with the controls in a remote mounted enclosure for use outside the hazardous rated area.

*All machine speeds are dependent on the machine load capacity charts. Machine load capacity charts are general estimations and are dependent on the specific application. Container geometry, fill level, and liquid viscosity can all affect the machine’s load capacity.

Machine load capacity charts show machine operational speeds vs. machine load in weight. The load’s center of gravity also needs to be taken into consideration. Always place containers in such a way as to balance the load in the center of the carrier.

This chart represents the absolute maximum load capacity based on a solid load.
