Fetalgro® Bovine Growth Serum, 50 mL. Fetalgro® Bovine Growth Serum is one of RMBIO’s proprietary FBS alternatives. Available at a fraction of the price, Fetalgro® matches or outperforms FBS’ cell growth capabilities in many cell lines including U2OS, HEK293, CHO, Vero, NB, HeLa, A549, and MDBK. Many cell lines are suited to direct adaptation from FBS to Fetalgro® with no weaning procedure. Fetalgro® offers a more reliable supply line than FBS, ensuring consistent availability. Fetalgro® is triple 0.1 um sterile filtered in our cGMP compliant facility. All bovine calf serum used in Fetalgro® manufacturing is sourced from audited suppliers within the US and is fully traceable. The average endotoxin level is < 3 EU/ml and the average hemoglobin level is < 10 mg/dL. Product should be stored at ± -10° C.
