Description
This protease inhibitor cocktail has been optimized to use with His-Tag containing protein extracts. It contains AEBSF, Bestatin, Pepstatin, E-64, Phosphoramidon protease inhibitors and other proprietary component(s)at their optimized concentration for maximum inhibition of protease activity and preservation of His-Tag proteins. The cocktail contains both reversible and irreversible protease inhibitors to inhibit metallo, serine and cysteine proteases.
It is supplied as a ready to use solution at 100X concentration, which makes it easier to use in low volume at 1X, 2X or more for samples with high protease activities. This inhibitor cocktail helps in preserving the proteins from degradation by proteases and can be used during protein extraction.
