When used with Justrite Quick Disconnect HPLC Safety Disposal Cans with Stainless Steel quick disconnects. The Poly manifold kit is the most cost-effective way to safely collect waste. Add 6 waste lines to a quick-connect fitting, or add JP-28179 to add an additional 6 lines for a total of 12 waste lines.
This adapter alone enables up to 6 waste lines (per manifold) from HPLC processes to be fed into a single intake fitting. Manifolds have six 1/4-28 ports and one 3/8″ NPT port (shown with plugs, which are included for unused ports.) The Stainless Steel connector clicks into the quick-disconnect fitting on round Justrite QD disposal cans.
The six ports are tapped to accommodate the 1/4-28 threads of the separately available compression fittings. Purchase 1/4-28 UNF compression fittings separately, based on your tubing size. JP-28189 is a pack of 6 fittings for 1/8″ OD tubing. JP-28189 is used for 1/16″ OD tubing.
