Light Green Solution (0.1%), 1000 mL. Light Green Solution (0.1%) is intended for use in histological applications as a counterstain for Grocott’s Silver Stain in addition to other procedures. When used correctly, various shades of green can be obtained to aid in visualization of tissue components. Cytoplasm: Light Green Nuclei: Light Green/Blue.
