N,N-Dimethylformamide, Reagent, ACS, is an organic compound that is a colorless, odorless, water miscible liquid and is commonly used in chemical reactions as a solvent. It’s an aprotic solvent that has a high boiling point. It is used in the fabrication of plastics and acrylic fibers as well as being used in peptide coupling as a solvent. As an ACS grade Reagent, Spectrum Chemical manufactured compound is used as the quality standard against which other substances are grade and has met the toughest regulatory standards for quality and pureness.
