Description
Useful in the final step of bacterial cell transformation to obtain maximum transformation efficiency of E. coli. Used for the transformation of competent cells (E. coli). Used in the propagation of DH-alpha (of E. coli strains) primarily in the recovery step of Escherichia coli competent cell transformations, and to maximize the transformation efficiency of competent cells.
