Stannous Sulfate, Technical is also known as Tin(II) sulfate. It is often a source of tin(II) ions uncontaminated by tin(IV) species. It absorbs moisture from the air and is able to dissolve in it which forms a solution. This process is called deliquescence. Technical grade products supplied by Spectrum are indicative of a grade suitable for general industrial use.
