The Thermo Scientific Dowex 50WX8 (H) ion-exchange resin is a highly efficient, strongly acidic cation exchange resin in hydrogen form, designed for ion exchange chromatography and low-pressure liquid chromatography (LPLC) applications. This new and unused resin, originating from the United States, features a 200-400 mesh bead form and an 8% crosslinked styrene-divinylbenzene gel matrix. Its strong acid sulfonic groups enable effective proton exchange, making it ideal for high-resolution separations, water deionization, biochemical processes, and sample purification. The resin boasts a high exchange capacity of ~1.1 meq/mL and is supplied in a 2.5KG bottle with Lot No. A0438364.
